Mark Waier, Partner

  • Mark is a founding principal of Mozaic and manages business and legal affairs.Specifically, Mark manages all contracts, finance, and governmental reporting requirements for the firm.

    Not only does Mark manage the internal operations of Mozaic he also contributes to strategy on marketing, advertising and branding campaigns. With extensive experience in media buying and branding, Mark is our lead strategist to maximize media investments for clients to garner a return on investment.   

    Mark believes in the integration of information technology and marketing for business efficiencies and results. Mark has integrated customer relationship management (, social media management and customer experiences online to drive brand awareness and sales.  This combination helped to drive results while keeping overhead costs low.  This multi-faceted targeted approach is the type of thinking that Mark brings to the Mozaic team. This experience has helped drive tangible results and metrics.

    Mark also has extensive experience working every level of government. Mark was the Assistant Director of State and Federal Government Relations at Loyola Marymount University (LMU).  While at LMU, Mark successfully secured $1.8 million in congressionally directed funds for the School of Science and Engineering.  Additionally, Mark developed the LMU Caucus, a group of active alumni who help assist government relations efforts, and launched communications campaigns to preserve cuts to the CalGrant program.

    Mark holds a BA from Loyola Marymount University and a JD from Loyola Law School. While at LMU, Mark served two consecutive terms as student body president.
